QUALITY

Due to the nature of our customer’s businesses, we understand the importance of a rigorous quality control process. Our customers look to us to machine the most difficult materials with ultra close tolerances and rigid quality requirements. In 2008, Primus Metals expanded our Quality Control department to incorporate testing and to measure our products to the most stringent industry requirements.

Primus operates a full function, climate controlled Quality Control lab that includes CMM testing. Traceability through certificates for material, machining processes, out-process, and other critical services is stored for every job. Primus invests heavily in the latest quality technologies for our lab and in the training of our inspectors.
